1. Agreement
By using dawghousepicks.com you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Winible's checkout terms also apply when you buy a pass. Discord's terms apply when you join the Discord.
2. The service
DawgHousePicks publishes sports picks, betting-education articles, free calculators, and a public record of plays that were posted in Discord. The site is information. It is not a sportsbook. It does not accept wagers, hold customer funds, or set odds for you to bet against.
The free calculators run in your browser. The site can change, pause, or remove any page, tool, or offer without notice. There is no uptime promise.
3. Eligibility
You must be 21 or older to use the site. Sports betting is legal only in some states. You are responsible for confirming that reading this material, and any bet you place somewhere else, is legal where you are. DawgHousePicks does not check your age or your location.
If you are under 21, leave the site.
4. No accounts on this website
dawghousepicks.com does not ask you to register. There is no password to protect here. Anything you type into a calculator stays in the page. A Discord username you type on the refer-a-friend page stays in your browser. If you clear your browser data, that username is gone, and DawgHousePicks cannot restore it.
The Discord community is a separate service. Your Discord account, messages, and roles are Discord's, under Discord's rules.
5. Picks, records, and tools
Picks, articles, calculators, and posted records are opinions and education. They are not a promise that a bet will win, that a number is fair, or that a past result will repeat. Past results don't guarantee future results. Losing weeks happen. You decide whether to bet, where to bet, and how much to risk. Never bet money you need.
A record on the site counts plays the way that page describes. It is not a complete account of every bet anyone in the community has made. Screenshots of winning tickets are examples of settled slips, not a forecast.
6. Paid access through Winible
Paid passes are sold by Winible, on Winible's website. DawgHousePicks does not take your card on this domain. The price shown on the DawgHousePicks homepage is the pass price. Winible adds its own service fee at checkout. Renewal, cancellation, and whether a sale is final follow Winible's checkout terms, which the homepage also points to. If those terms and this page ever disagree about a charge, Winible's checkout terms control the charge.
This page does not restate or change the prices on the homepage.
7. Affiliate and referral links
Some links to sportsbooks, prediction markets, and betting tools are referral or affiliate links. DawgHousePicks may earn a bonus or a commission if you sign up or qualify. The partner sets the offer, the eligibility rules, and the age rules, and those vary by state. Read the partner's terms before you deposit. A referral label on a share card means the same thing: DawgHousePicks may earn a bonus.
A partner link is not an endorsement that the partner is licensed where you live.
8. Discord
The community, the alerts, and the daily recap live in Discord. DawgHousePicks does not operate Discord. Messages you post there are visible to other members and are handled under Discord's terms and privacy policy. DawgHousePicks may remove someone from its own server for breaking these terms or the server's rules. That does not delete a Discord account.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, to harass anyone, or to post or request sexual content involving a minor. Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other people, and do not try to break access controls on the private studio or the dispatch area. Do not present DawgHousePicks picks as a guaranteed system, and do not use the site to place bets for someone who is under 21 or in a place where the bet is illegal.
DawgHousePicks may block a visitor or remove access to its Discord server when these rules are broken. Blocking does not erase the parts of these terms that by nature should survive, including the disclaimers and the limit on liability.
10. Intellectual property
DawgHousePicks owns the site name, the shield logo, the page design, and the articles and copy it publishes, except where a page credits someone else. You may share a link. You may not copy the site, the logo, or the articles for your own product without permission.
Winning-slip images show third-party betting apps. Those names and interfaces belong to their owners.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DAWGHOUSEPICKS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY PICK, RECORD, ARTICLE, OR CALCULATOR RESULT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR PROFITABLE.
Some places do not allow an exclusion of certain warranties. In those places, the exclusion applies only to the extent the law allows.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, DawgHousePicks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost bets, or lost data, arising out of your use of the site or your reliance on a pick. DawgHousePicks's total liability for a claim about the site is limited to the amount you paid for a DawgHousePicks pass through Winible in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars if you paid nothing.
Some places do not allow a limit on certain damages. In those places, liability is limited only to the extent the law allows, and the limits above may not apply to you.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify DawgHousePicks against claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your bets, your posts in Discord, your use of a partner link, or your violation of these terms or of someone else's rights, to the extent the law allows.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute should first be raised by email to admin@dawghouse.site so we can try to resolve it informally.
15. Changes
DawgHousePicks may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change when it does. Your continued use of the site after the new date is posted is acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.
