1. Who we are

DawgHousePicks operates this website. DawgHousePicks is a sports picks and betting-education site. It is not a sportsbook, and it does not take bets.

Questions and data requests go to admin@dawghouse.site.

2. What this site does

The site publishes research, free odds calculators, a record of posted plays, and links into a Discord community. Paid access to the Discord is sold by Winible on Winible's own website. You do not create an account on dawghousepicks.com, and you do not pay DawgHousePicks on this domain.

Nothing on the site is a guarantee of future results. You must be 21 or older. Sports betting is legal only in some states, and only you can confirm that it is legal where you are.

3. Information we collect

What this website does not collect

• No accounts, passwords, or profiles on dawghousepicks.com.
• No payment card data. Winible handles checkout on winible.com.
• No form that sends your name, email, or Discord username to a DawgHousePicks server. The refer-a-friend box builds a link in your browser and leaves it there.
• No precise location. The site does not ask for GPS or a street address.
• Calculator numbers stay in the page. The analytics event records which calculator you used, not the figures you typed.

Analytics

Pages load an Opinly analytics script from https://static.opinly.ai/p.js. The script records page views. A second file on this site, /opinly-events.js, sends these events when they happen:

• generate_lead when you click the free Discord invite or the DawgHouseNews signup form.
• add_to_cart when you click through to a Winible checkout or the free-trial link. The event names the pass and the list price. It is a click, not a completed purchase. Payment happens on Winible, where this pixel does not run.
• partner_click when you use a partner or sportsbook referral link.
• section_view, faq_open, calculator_use, and proof_open for how far you get on a page, which FAQ you open, which calculator you touch, and when you open a winning slip.

Opinly's description of the pixel says it can store an anonymous visitor identifier, a session identifier, a truncated or hashed IP address, the browser's user agent, the page address, the referrer, and a country code derived from the IP address. It says the pixel does not collect precise location. Cookie names and durations are set by Opinly. Opinly's own notice is at opinly.ai/privacy.

PostHog and Sentry

DawgHousePicks also uses PostHog for anonymous usage analytics. That means pages viewed, links clicked, an approximate location, and the device and browser. It uses Sentry to catch errors in the site. Neither tool is used to sell data. PostHog does not build a profile of a named person, and it does not record the screen.

If the browser sends Do Not Track, PostHog and Sentry do not run. You can also email admin@dawghouse.site and ask us to help you opt out.

Browser storage this site sets

The site's own scripts do not call document.cookie. They do use localStorage on your device:

• dhp:a11y:v1 stores theme and accessibility choices (readable font, calmer colors, less motion).
• dhp:ref:v1 stores a referral code when you arrive with ?ref= on the link.
• dhp:refribbon:dismissed remembers that you closed the referral ribbon.
• dhp:myref:v1 stores the Discord username you type on the refer-a-friend page, so the link is still there if you come back. That value is not sent to a DawgHousePicks server.
• slipdesk-defaults is used only inside the private Slip Desk studio, not on the public pages. It remembers display choices in that browser.

4. How we use information

We use analytics to see which pages and offers people use, and to tell a Discord click from a checkout click. We use the browser storage above to remember settings and a referral code on that device. We use email when you write to us, so we can answer.

DawgHousePicks does not use visitor data to train an AI model. The site does not sell personal information. PostHog and Sentry are not used to sell data. We do not consider sending analytics events to Opinly or PostHog a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under California law.

We do not send marketing email from this website. The newsletter lives at news.dawghousepicks.com. Signup happens on that site, under that site's own notice.

5. Cookies and similar storage

There is no cookie banner on the site today. PostHog and Sentry check Do Not Track and stay off when it is on. The site does not read a Global Privacy Control signal.

Advertising cookies are not set by this site's own code. Font files load from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) and Fontshare (api.fontshare.com). Those hosts see the IP address needed to deliver the files. This site does not read those responses for analytics.

• Browser storage stays until you clear it.
• Email you send us is kept long enough to answer and to keep a record of the request.
• Opinly keeps analytics under Opinly's policy.
• Server logs, if the host keeps them, follow the host's own retention schedule.
• Winible, Discord, and partner sites keep data under their own rules.

8. Your choices and requests

Email admin@dawghouse.site to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. Because this website stores almost nothing about you on a server, the honest answer may be that we have only your email and the message you sent. We aim to reply within 30 days.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal data, and to object to some processing, plus the right to complain to a supervisory authority.

If you are in California, you may have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of a sale or share. DawgHousePicks does not sell personal information. You may use an authorized agent if the law allows it. We will not discriminate against you for asking.

9. People under 21

The site is for adults 21 and older. It is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe we have, email admin@dawghouse.site and we will delete what we can.

10. Security

The public site is served over HTTPS, and the server asks browsers to keep using HTTPS. There are no passwords on this website to leak, because there are no site accounts. No payment card data is stored here. We will email you if we learn of a breach that the law requires us to report, using the address you used to contact us when that is the address we have.

11. International transfers

The site is operated for a US audience. Analytics, fonts, Discord, and Winible may process data in the United States and in other countries those companies use.

12. Changes

If this notice changes in a material way, the "Last updated" date at the top will change. Please check it when you come back. This notice does not promise an email or a banner for every change, because the site has no account list to email.
